Malaysian Sambal Recipe 

A hot sambal formula to attempt !

Fixings:

10 hot peppers (Variety:Long Hots; can substitute with 15 to 20 serrano peppers)
2 tablespoon toasted dried shrimp glue
3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Wash peppers and dispose of stems. Permit to air dry or use papers towels to get them dry.

 * 2 cups rice wine vinegar
 * 1 teaspoon Sugar
 * 2 teaspoons Salt

 Guidelines

• 2 Green Chillies
• 3 cloves Garlic
• 5-6 Black Peppercorns
• 4-5 Whole Dry Red Chili
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Sambal Recipe Instructions:

• In a wok (kadhai) heat oil and sauté red chillies, garlic, peppercorns, green chillies, onion. Eliminate from heat and permit it to cool.
• In a blender, take the coconut and the sautéed flavors alongside 2 tbsp water and toil to make a smooth glue.
